Application Form

A faculty appointment to the University of Alberta or a member of the Strathcona Society, Senate, or Alumni Council is required to be eligible for membership. There are regular and associate memberships (see the form for details). Your spouse may also receive a membership card.

To apply, please complete the application form, filling in the applicable areas and indicating your membership category, and return the form to the Faculty Club. The application form is available at the Club or online in printable format.
